Seven notes of design harmony

Deep Saptak — meaning "seven notes" — is an interior project conceived as a symphony of materials and textures. Each room was assigned a dominant note: wood grain in the study, warm plaster in the living room, hand-tufted wool underfoot in the bedrooms.

The palette is deliberately warm and layered — walnut joinery, aged brass hardware, and walls finished in Venetian plaster create a sense of depth that changes with the movement of the sun.

Custom-designed furniture pieces anchor each space, while a restrained art collection ensures the interiors remain serene. Deep Saptak is a home designed to be lived in slowly.
